Kimberly K. Bocell

Kimberly K. Bocell is a former registered nurse whose nursing practice was focused on the care and treatment of critically ill trauma patients. Kimberly’s law practice is dedicated to assisting health care providers in all facets of health care-related legal matters, including defending health care providers in medical malpractice litigation and in front of their respective professional boards. Kimberly has successfully defended physicians at trial and in front of the Texas Medical Board. She also assists providers with privileging disputes, peer review investigations, HIPAA compliance, and other related matters, and has defended physicians at the State Office of Administrative Hearings and at hospital Fair Hearing proceedings. Kimberly is passionate about helping her clients wade through difficult, often stressful legal situations, so that they can focus on caring for their patients. Kimberly lives in Dallas with her husband their two boys.
